Look I get it. We’re not all Joseph Wiggan. We can’t all dance on a 6in piece of plywood. You gotta dance. You gotta move. Don’t worry, Big Board’s got you covered. With a nice, roomy, 3’x4’ surface to dance on, you can do all the slides and trick-steps that your heart has been asking you for.
Each board is made with cabinet-grade birch plywood, with a smooth polyurethane finish. They are semi-sprung dance floors on a 2-layer 18in. lattice, supported with repurposed bike tires donated from Working Bikes Chicago. The tires are installed at tension points, helping to dampen bounce, and providing grip for whatever surface you choose to set it on. The underside is painted black for a low profile in stage transitions.
